“I was dealing with chronic pain. I became very immobile, very lethargic, I did not have any energy due to my chronic pain. I have always been a goer, walked my whole life and then I could not. After searching for help I eventually found IPPMC and the wonderful team and staff. I am very grateful for the staff for being so warm and welcoming. I never heard of the technology they offered me. I gave it a chance and I underwent a spinal cord stimulator. I am in awe of the difference it has made in the quality of my life. I am much more active, I am walking like I used to and the housework I was not able to before. My mind had always been on pain and now that is gone. They are also helping me get off chronic opioids I had been on due to this pain. Thank you IPPMC.”

“I was having terrible pain in my Achilles, neck and back. Whenever I requested help all I received was pain pills which really did not do anything for my pain, all they did was make me sleep at night. My primary care stated I needed to see a pain clinic and I was referred to IPPMC. I have been happy ever since. It is the best move I ever did in my life. The doctors and team are excellent. They make you feel comfortable and they told me everything I needed to know to be on my way. The treatment I had on my Achilles is 100% better, all the treatments are doing so good. I am up, walking and doing things and not stuck in a chair. I am thrilled!”

“I’m a patient with significant rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. I presented to IPPMC in January this year. I wanted to die due to my chronic pain. I could not do anything. Previous to coming to IPPMC I had been seen by three separate rheumatologists, which they put me on biologicals that almost killed me. I have to admit I was a difficult patient. I was so afraid because I had been everywhere and no one had been helping me. I am allergic to multiple things which complicated my treatment. Since starting my treatments at IPPMC currently I can say I am 100% better and that has been six months. The last 5-10 years I felt like I was in bed most of the time due to the side effects from biologicals. I have been active around my home and doing very well , even my family and friends notice”.
