“I presented to IPPMC after developing significant left chest wall pain that occurred after undergoing a mastectomy and lymph node biopsy. I ultimately refused chemotherapy and received radiation therapy in 2007. The pain affected my ability to sleep. I was unable to wear a bra. I also could not lift my arm because of the restriction and the severe pain. I was referred to IPPMC by my surgeon. My treatment regiment included cryotherapy, physical therapy, as well as other trigger point injections. I can say now my pain is 90% improved. Currently I am able to play golf, my doing my house work, and my sleeping has improved. My treatment and IPPMC staff is wonderful. They are very courteous and helpful.”
