I have been living with chronic lower back pain for over 10 years. I received some temporary relief with neurosurgery and after six months my pain started to return. After seeing Dr. Kowalkowski he evaluated me and he diagnosed the areas of my pain and treated my symptoms which allowed me to go on a road trip for five days which I would not have been able to complete. I received further interventional therapies and I am doing great and I am truly pleased.

When I came to IPPMC, I had headaches, neck pain, and chronic ankle pain. I can now make it through a day without having excruciating pain. I can make it almost a week without headaches. Before treatment at IPPMC I could hardly stand or walk. After the treatments I have had and physical therapy I am back to about 90%. I would recommend this clinic to anybody who has problems with pain or sports injuries. This clinic is second to none.

Yesterday I had a Procedure done on my back- which, by the way has left my back- - "pain free" - for the first time - IN YEARS. I know, it is really, really, really too early- - but it is pretty positive.

When I first came to IPPMC, I was unable to sit for greater than 10 minutes. My first love was training horses and showing horses. I had to discontinue both of these because of my pain. After being treated at IPPMC, I received diagnosis and treatment and now I am able to ride my horse and train and show again. I appreciate everything that IPPMC has done.

I give IPPMC credit for listening to my complaint. My complaints were ignored at other facilities due to the unusual and difficult presentation. I have developed postherpetic neuralgia of my trigeminal nerve including the optic portion. We are continuing to work on my pain. Thank you for your help.

I have a diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and chronic lower back pain. I have been to other pain clinics and my treatments have included spinal cord stimulator placement. They wanted to place a Baclofen pump in me. I increased my use of pain medication. I was eventually referred to IPPMC for management of my pain. I have been living with these pain issues for 30 years. I am currently 80% improved after my conservative treatments at IPPMC. I am participating in pool therapy three times per week. I can walk better and function better. I am happy.
