Exercise Advice
  1. Exercise is clearly the fountain of youth. LaLanne put it best: "Inactivity is the killer."

  2. When you're bored with your same old, same old, change your gym routine. Switch to a new activity, or combine two that you love.

  3. You don't need to go to the gym—or use lots of equipment—to get in shape. Simple exercises, done consistently, will help you achieve the body you want.

  4. You don't have to be a gym rat or go on a restrictive diet to lose weight, stay in shape, and live well.

  5. Work within your own limitations. Adjust your exercise according to your own level and abilities, and above all, enjoy it.
